Address any deficiency or error by reporting it immediately to a supervisor who is able to assess the problem and take appropriate action to resolve the matter. Anticipate and respond to patient needs and, whenever possible, exceed their expectations. Encourage open and honest communication with patients recognizing and respecting their inherent right to informed consent and the right to refuse treatment. Respect the human dignity of each patient by responding to patient questions, concerns and needs in a timely and sensitive manner. Employ only fully licensed and properly credentialed providers with proper expertise and experience to care for our patients.
